Paralegal - Immigration - International Law Firm

The Client

Our client, a highly regarded International Law Firm, is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy Immigration department on a permanent contract.

The Role

The successful candidates' work will include (but not be limited to):

• Tier 2 sponsor licence applications and management;
• Tier 2 Company Transfer and Tier 2 General visa applications;
• Tier 1 visa applications, including investors and entrepreneurs;
• sole representative, Tier 5 and UK ancestry applications;
• indefinite leave to remain and nationality applications;
• family applications, including visa applications by family members of British/settled citizens;
• EEA-related applications and advising on Brexit issues;
• advising on right to work and illegal employment;
• Additional ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required

The Requirements

The ideal candidate will have some (if not all) of the following characteristics and skills:

• 6+ months previous Immigration Paralegal experience
• Strong academics - LLB/GDL required (ideally LPC in addition)
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
