Paralegal

Our client is a venture capital firm, with some high profile portfolio companies, who is looking for a paralegal to join their small but growing legal team.

As sole paralegal to this legal team you will cover a mix of funds, compliance, corporate work as well as working on ad hoc matters relating to commercial, employment and litigation. This is a an "everythign and anything" type of role that could also see you working on business and non-legal enquiries.

As can be seen by the breadth of work, my client is looking for an individual who is happy to take on anything that comes up in the team and business, and someone who has a genuine interest in the work that they are doing.

To be considered for this role you must have a least two years' paralegal experience gained in private practice or in-house, but in the corporate or investment management teams.
