Corporate Commercial Solicitor

Our client is a leading regional law firm based in North Essex. Legal 500 recognised - the firm has an excellent reputation in the region and is undergoing a period of growth. They are looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor on a full time basis.

The role will allow the Corporate Commercial Solicitor to undertake a mixed workload of corporate and commercial work including acquisitions and disposals, Reorganisations including demergers, Corporate finance, Corporate restructuring, share issues and share option agreements, Joint ventures, Financing and re-financing, Terms of sale and purchase, Partnerships, including professional partnerships, corporate partnerships and joint ventures.

Alongside running a caseload, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor who has a passion for business development and is looking to develop their career at a vibrant and successful firm.

The ideal will be a qualified Corporate Commercial Solicitor or equivalent with upwards of 3 years' PQE, with a successful track record of running a Corporate Commercial caseload.
