This prestigious US firm has a globally renowned Corporate practice and is looking for a March 2020 qualifier to join its Corporate team in London.
In this role you will work across all disciplines and clients will include banks, companies, private equity firms, public utilities, non-profits and individuals. The Corporate team works on cutting edge deals and advises on a range of complex transactions, including M&A, capital markets, JVs, fund formation and more.
To be successful in this Corporate role, you will need to have excellent academics and have trained at a top City firm. If you have completed more than one transactional seat (with at least one seat in Corporate) this would be advantageous.
