A major organisation is seeking to appoint two new Legal Counsels. Employing more than 50,000 employees and enjoying a fantastic reputation as both an employer and a provider (of their service) with a strong financial performance and experiencing rapid growth, the firm is thriving with exciting plans afoot.

The Role:

You will enjoy leading an increasingly growing and successful division and can expect to provide commercial legal advice on areas such as bids, contracts and renewals etc. You can also expect to handle corporate governance, risk, compliance, employment and IP matters. The role has strong career development prospects with the opportunity to focus on individual or a combination of businesses.

Key Requirements:

  • Eligible to work the in the UK
  • Qualified Solicitor – would suit a candidate between 2 – 5 PQE*
  • Experienced in drafting and negotiating outsourcing/commercial agreements
  •  This is a business facing role where commercial acumen is as crucial as legal skills
  • Good private practice or in-house training
