Our client is a reputable multi-office law firm who provide a range of legal services for both individual clients and business organisations. This firm maintains outstanding standards attaining both the Law Society Lexcel practice management standard, and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation.

Due to expansion the residential conveyancing team are keen to recruit a qualified residential conveyancer. The role involves managing a caseload of residential panel work to include freehold, leasehold unregistered, new build and shared ownership transactions in their entirety There may be the opportunity to develop commercial conveyancing work in the future.

Essential

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Effective at working in a team

Desirable

• 3 years plus experience

Due to the team's size and strength the firm can offer flexibility depending on experience by considering part-time, a job share or flexible working hours. Our client will also consider all levels of experience. For less experienced candidates this opportunity enables you to work closely with a supervisor to develop your conveyancing skills. For those who are qualified to work in a more senior capacity it could be possible to mentor and develop the junior members of the team.
