The Role:

This role as a Pensions Lawyer offers the chance to work with both domestic and international clients alike on a diverse range of pension matters including; pension scheme mergers, restructuring and refinancing. This role also encompasses drafting bulk purchase annuity policies, transaction and pensions constitutional documentation and negotiating funding agreements.

This award-winning Pensions team continues to grow; dealing with high profile work for pension providers as well as pension fund investment in infrastructure.

The successful candidate:

The successful candidate for this position as a Pensions Lawyer will be those who are an enthusiastic and commercially aware individual who is proactive in their business development maintaining the capacity to build and develop strong relationships.

A strong academic background is required, and the successful candidate will c. 2-5 years PQE. Prior experience working and advising on Pension matters from a UK Law Firm with a reputable pensions practice is crucial.
