About the Role

In joining the team as a Private Equity Lawyer, you will:

• Provide advice to a variety of funds clients
• Work closely with high profile Partners
• Be a key player in helping to grow and develop the team

This role would suit an ambitious and entrepreneurial Associate who has obtained strong experience within Private Equity.

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a Private Equity Lawyer with:

• 2-5 years’ PQE as a Private Equity / Funds Lawyer
• An excellent academic record
• Experience within a top tier UK or US firm
• Strong Private Equity experience
• The ability to develop business and cultivate strong relationships with clients

Salary and Benefits

On offer to the Private Equity Lawyer:

• £120,000 - £170,000 per annum + bonus
