The client is a commercial law firm who is now recognised as a leading player in the Leeds market. They are a full serrvice law firm and will offer an excellent opportunity to get involved in high value complex Corporate deals.
Description
The Corporate Solicitor will join an established team and assist the senior lawyers on large transactions. You will be expected to pick up smaller deals and the work will include a range of Corporate matters including M & A, reorganisations, private equity work and more. The client base is varied but will typically be SME's and PLC's.
Profile
You will be a trainee looking to specialise in Corporate or a Corporate Solicitor who is interested to work for a fast growing medium sized commercial legal firm. You will be confident and have strong academics.
