Leading trading company in London requires a lawyer to join its legal team.
The position involves advising on legal and compliance issues arising for the business so lawyers looking to broaden into a generalist position in-house would suit this role.
Our client will consider lawyers from a corporate/capital markets background and having finance and/or project finance experience would also be preferable as well. Candidates must have experience working on cross-border deals.
