A fantastic opportunity for a junior to mid-level Restructuring Lawyer has arisen at a leading US firm with a global presence. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Role
The appointed Restructuring Lawyer will be joining a highly regarded Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Insolvency group in London. The team advise on a wide range of financial restructuring and insolvency matters, acting on behalf of:
- Debtors
- Financial institutions
- Funds
- Sponsors
- Boards of directors

The Candidate
The successful Restructuring Lawyer is likely to have:
- A strong academic record
- 1-4 years’ PQE as a Solicitor
- Strong experience advising on financial restructuring and insolvency matters
- Experience with cross-border/international transaction and/or contentious work (desirable)
- An ambitious attitude whilst being personable and comfortable with client interaction and business development
On Offer
There is a salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, as well as an excellent benefits package on offer to the Restructuring Solicitor.
