Employment Solicitor

A Legal 500 accredited law firm in the Reading area is looking for an Employment Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE experience to join their firm on a permanent basis.

The successful Employment Solicitor will manage their own claimant caseload alongside supporting senior fee earners with complex cases. You will provide a high level of client care whilst building relationships with relevant parties.

The ideal Employment Solicitor will have at least 2 - 6 years PQE and have a strong commercial awareness. They will be advising on all aspects of employment law, Providing HR Support for employer clients, guiding clients through disciplinary proceedings, TUPE issues in transactional work, Employment Termination, Litigation unfair and wrongful dismissal claims as well providing training seminars and workshop programmes for employer clients. As an Employment Solicitor you will be proactive and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary £42,000 - £62,000 depending on experience of Employment Solicitor
