Leading firm in West Sussex seeks a Residential Property Lawyer on a permanent basis.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented lawyer with experience in residential property to join our client’s practice located in Lancing. The successful applicant will handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters.
Responsibilities
• Sale and purchases
• New builds
• Shared ownership
• Help to buy
• The granting, disposal and acquisition of leases
• The purchase of UK properties for overseas residents
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Leasehold enfranchisement
The Candidate
• Conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Experience in residential property matters is required
• It would be advantageous to be able to generate client referral work
• Comfortable handling high-value transactions
• Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential
