The key responsibilities for the Legal Director In House Role in terms of legal work are Commercial , Corporate, Co Sec, Governance and other areas of legal work would be great Employment and Regulatory. We appreciate that some solicitors who may be a good fit for this role may predominately have expertise in Commercial and/ or Corporate. These solicitors should still apply for the role as they should have the transferable skills to pick up other areas of legal work.
