The Role

The Corporate team provide the full spectrum of corporate services including private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, fund formation and financial services.

They focus on acting for clients within the key sectors of digital business, financial services, real estate & infrastructure and energy & utilities.

The Team

The team is home to around 20 qualified Corporate solicitors, plus a number of Partners. The Bristol team also works closely with the Corporate teams their other regional offices and their London offices, so your network expands beyond Bristol.

The Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you will be from a City or heavyweight regional firm, and preferably you will have Private Equity experience to some degree. If you don't, please still apply though as the firm is open to exposing people to the work that they do.

You will be a Corporate Solicitor / Senior Associate. There is no upper limit to the level of PQE as they're looking at even more senior hires also.
