A full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join their office in Sheffield. The firm has an enviable reputation across Yorkshire, winning various awards for their outstanding legal services. This is a permanent, full time position ideal for a Paralegal, Legal Assistant or admin professional.

About the Role

The Conveyancing Administrator will be joining an experienced team of conveyancing lawyers, taking on the following duties:

  • File opening processes including data entry, sending out documentation and undertaking money laundering due diligence checks
  • Processing incoming client care packs and all initial correspondence as required
  • Liaising with the Land Registry, Mortgage Lenders and all other relevant parties post completion by telephone, in writing and in person as required

Candidate Requirements

The firm looks to hire a Paralegal or admin professional who demonstrates:

  • Previous experience as a conveyancing administrator or assistant
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Good personal organisation including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
