Senior Corporate Associate, British Virgin Islands (BVI)

Our client is a leading finance centre and offshore tax haven, with a cross-border network of clients managing high-value corporate and commercial transactions. An experienced corporate associate is wanted for a unique opportunity, based in the BVI and this specialist team advises on a full range of corporate matters including finance and funds.

Supporting the partners and taking principal responsibility where appropriate, the work will include advising on technical aspects of large corporate, finance and funds matters, and the successful solicitor will have at least 5 years of strong private practice experience from the UK, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand or another common law jurisdiction.

This is an exciting, client-facing role with the chance to help build and develop the corporate group, for a junior-mid level specialist, in addition to career development.

For solicitors based overseas, a highly competitive relocation, sponsorship and remuneration package is available and those who are already based in the BVI will be at an advantage.
