This role would see you supporting the UK Group companies on all legal aspects of products, business initiative, marketing matters and litigation. You will have to partner with key stakeholders in the business to provide accurate legal support and advice.

Other responsibilities include:

*Contract negotiation, drafting, maintenance and updating, including - supplier contracts, litigation, insurance policy wording and interpretation, broker arrangements, and product initiatives.
*To undertake legal research and ensure company and legal policies are up to date and compliant
*Assist with the delivery of legal training to the business.
*Ad-hoc Legal/Project work
*Mitigating and reporting any Information Security weaknesses for the UK Group
