A lawyer with significant post qualified experience is being sought by a specialist insurance company looking to restructure the in-house legal team. With a new CEO at the helm, now is a great time to join and really influence the future of the department. Working closely with the compliance and regulatory professionals you will assist juniors whilst supporting the business with a workload which includes corporate M&A, third party commercial contracts, insurance contracts together with some management and upward reporting.
This is a non-contentious position and will not suit litigators. We are looking for strong academics, excellent legal training from a top City firm and someone with the work ethic, entrepreneurial style and passion to make a difference.
