The Role

This firm are looking for a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join their heavy hitting Brighton office.

You will work as part of a highly ranked legal top 100 team. The team is busy and has had an influx of new work, making now an exciting time to join.

The corporate commercial team stands at over 10 lawyers. The team benefits from strong specialist support in intellectual property, IT, finance/banking, regulatory, employment, real estate and tax. They have significant international reach, with well-established links in the major jurisdictions in Europe and the US with tried and tested firms of similar quality and size to theirs.

Clients include mid-tier businesses (quoted and owner-managed), household name PLCs and other major international groups, and high net worth private clients.

This role comes with good prospects for career development.

Requirements:

• You will ideally have at least 6 months of experience as a Corporate Commercial Paralegal or experience in a related area of law
• You will be ambitious, dynamic and have an eye for detail
• Excellent career prospects, no glass ceilings.
