The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor into their Lincoln office.

The Private Client department is highly ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. It is a vibrant and hard-working team, their achievements over the last 5 years are incredible.

The Private Client department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Complex wills and assets, Tax planning, Estates, Trusts, LPOA, Probates and some contentious probate matters.

This role comes with good training and career development.

Requirements

You will be a Private Client Solicitor with between 2 years + PQE (No upper limit on experience level, all candidates are welcome to apply

You will have a strong technical knowledge

Excellent communication skills are essential
