Corporate Lawyer

Corporate finance team in central London is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer to join its established team.

Work is varied and includes advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, stock market listings and securities offerings, management buy-outs and buy-ins, corporate governance, debt and equity financings and a wide range of other corporate, finance and tax matters.

The role will see you assist the partners on a varied corporate workload. There is also the chance to get involved in marketing and business development within the team.

You will be a qualified solicitor with previous experience in corporate work from a recognised regional, national or city firm coupled with a strong academic background. Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
