My client is a leading professional services provider with multiple offices globally.

They are now looking to bring on board an experienced company secretarial manager in London to work alongside the corporate services manager to provide oversight on the day to day operations of the team.

This role would, therefore, include duties across statutory compliance, business development, client invoicing and people/project management.

In further detail, you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients from inception to dissolution, ensuring statutory registers are maintained, advising on governance best practice, completing internal compliance file reviews, overseeing the process agent service and administration.

Business development duties would include identifying commercial opportunities, upselling and delivering increased revenues from new and existing clients, contributing to product development, attending meetings of prospects to present the firm and its services.

People and project management duties would include reviewing time writing of the team, involvement in departmental recruitment, assisting with annual appraisals, and assisting the head of department with the roll-out of new software.

This role company secretarial manager role in London would, therefore, be suited to an individual who has got a strong background in the professional services domain and with prior team management experience.

Strong technical company secretarial knowledge would be required, demonstrated through experience or relevant qualifications.
