The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor 0-5 into their office in Nottingham

The firm are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their modern firm with a fresh outlook, this role will also involve supporting the Partners in their networking and business development effort.

You will be working within one of the regions most active Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role supporting the Senior Fee Earners and Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

They are looking for a motivated Solicitor keen to become a true specialist in Commercial Property where you will progress to managing your own caseload of work including: landlord and tenant work, leases, investment work, corporate support and large scale developments.

This firm attract a high-end client base which includes investors, developers, high net worth individuals and Property companies from the local area and beyond, so you must be confident in speaking with clients and ambitious to develop business.

Requirements

• You will be an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor with 0-5 PQE
• You will have completed a training seat in Commercial Property matters and show a keen interest in specialising in this area.
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and based upon experience
