Excellent opportunity for a PRC qualified competition lawyer to join an awarding team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with the leading partner advising clients on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in a multi-jurisdictional environment. You must have 2-3 years’ PQE in PRC competition law with a leading law firm. Experience of HK Competition Commission investigations and M&A is highly desirable. Fluency in written and oral English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is mandatory. REF: 15440/TTL
