The role

The firm are seeking to recruit a Senior Residential Conveyancer into their flourishing Camberley, Surrey office.

You will work as part of a small team of 3, you will be at the forefront of this growing department and will work with the other Partners to drive the department forwards. The department has close ties with high-end local estate agents, you will find you are often dealing with more HNW transactions.

The caseload will include, but not be limited to; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor, ILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years fee earning experience (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will deal with a high-quality conveyancing caseload
• You should have excellent communication skills
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, in addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package
