An innovative Magic Circle Law Firm is looking for high calibre Corporate Tax Associate to join their team in London on a permanent basis.

Role Description

In this Corporate Tax Associate role, you will be joining a highly regarded team who work on large corporate and financing transactions. They provide both domestic and cross-border advice for exciting City-based and International clients from financial institutions, corporate entities, funds and governments.

Working alongside leading Partners, you will:

• Provide UK and cross-border tax advice, ranging from stand-alone tax advisory mandates to transaction linked advice
• Be involved with transactional planning, structuring and financing
• Work closely with colleagues from other offices

This role has a focus on advisory work whilst also providing exposure to contentious work.

Candidate Requirements

The successful Corporate Tax Lawyer will be able to demonstrate:

• Up to 6 years’ PQE as a Corporate Tax Solicitor
• Strong Corporate Tax experience obtained in a leading UK practice
• A strong academic record
• The desire to take on a highly client-facing role
• Ambition and a personable approach

Salary and Benefits

On offer for the Corporate Tax Lawyer:

• £110,000 - £130,000 per annum
