The Role

In joining the team as a Construction Lawyer, you will enjoy a high level of client contact with the opportunity to work with a range of clients in a range of sectors including oil & gas, energy, real estate & new communities and transport infrastructure.

Key elements of the role:

• Working on large and complex deals
• Drafting and negotiating construction and ancillary documentation
• Advising contractors and funders as well as sponsors and developers

As a Construction Lawyer, you will be able to undertake business development as well as support and aid the development of juniors.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful Construction Lawyer will ideally demonstrate:

• Around 4+ years’ PQE as a Construction Solicitor
• A strong academic background
• Prior experience of non-contentious construction work
• Experience of advising on infrastructure projects, including power projects
