We are looking for a Paralegal to join our established Leeds office for a full-time, permanent role. The successful Paralegal will take on a fee earning role with a motor recovery focus, receiving plenty of opportunity to progress their career in our Specialist Insurance Litigation Practice.

Your New Role

Key duties of our new Paralegal will include:

• Proactively handling technical and complex Claimant RTA recovery work
• Acting for several corporate and insurer clients on both pre-litigation and litigated files.  
• Working in an efficient and effective manner within agreed authority levels
• Taking a proactive, results oriented approach to claims

About You

We are looking to hire a Paralegal who demonstrates:

• Solid fee earning experience in a legal or insurance environment
• A commercial attitude and excellent communication skills
• The ability to make decisions on legal liability and assess damages with limited supervision
• Experience working with insurance companies, corporates and public sector clients and the Lloyd’s Market
