An opportunity for an ambitious Funds Lawyer has arisen at a Magic Circle law firm. This is a permanent, full time position based in London.
About the Firm
This Magic Circle firm is market leading in numerous areas, with their banking and finance and capital markets practices being their focal point. This firm works in a range of sectors including banks and infrastructure to TMT and energy.
The Role
As the appointed Funds Lawyer, you will be joining a market-leading Funds team, which has a focus on real estate, debt funds, closed-ended private equity and infrastructure.
This role offers a high level of international work where you will be able to advise investors on:
- Funds
- Pension funds
- Insurance
- Regulatory requirements
- Licensing
This role provides the chance to work on fund and managed account establishment, structuring and marketing as well as operational issues, transactions and restructurings.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Funds Lawyer will have:
- Around 2-5 years’ PQE
- A strong academic background
- Prior experience of advising on funds from a UK law firm with a reputable funds practice (essential)
- An ambitious, hardworking approach
- The ability to be proactive in business development
Job Offer
The Funds Lawyer will be awarded a salary of £110,000 - £130,000 per annum.
