They deal with all manner of work from the relatively straight forward work to complex cases regarding the breakdown of relationships with assets running into the millions.

The firm are looking to appoint an experienced Family Lawyer, be that a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEx) to the current team. At this level of experience you will naturally be a very competent lawyer and able to deal with a a broad range of of family matters without the need for supervision. The majority of the work will relate to relationship breakdown covering divorce and separation, dissolution of civil partnerships, financial disputes and financial arrangements, residence and contact disputes for children, fixed fee divorces ,civil partnership matters, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, emergency remedies, injunctions, children focused subject matter including international disputes.

The firm are also keen advocates of collaborative solutions, mediation and alternative solutions to resolve disputes in the most cost effective and constructive way possible.
