Commercial Property Solicitor

An great opportunity to work with national clients, an established team, including three senior solicitors with the team headed up by the managing partner of the firm itself.

The firm are growing the commercial property team and as a result require a more junior level solicitor to both handle their own commercial property caseload and provide support on more complex matters when required.

You'll be working a mixed caseload of purchase and sales, as well as landlord and tenant work across a broad variety of industry sectors. Clients are a good mix of regional, national and City based varying from PLCs to private Co's & HNW individuals.

There's a good mix of work with plenty of variation including work concerning business, retail and leisure space, development work, carehomes and secured lending, lease work and general landlord and tenant across a broad spectrum of clientele.

It's a role where you are given every opportunity to develop your existing expertise and engage with clients. You will be encouraged to contribute with your own input and ideas into further business generation and networking activity.

There is great support at hand in the shape of some highly experienced senior solicitors in what is considered to be a fairly open and friendly working environmet that has a clear team ethos. For the right individual there could also become very good longer term potential for seniority within the firm.
