This well-established boutique employment and partnership law practice, with a phenomenal reputation for advising on high profile and high value matters, is looking to further expand its team.

You can expect to be working on an interesting mix of contentious and non-contentious employment and partnership matters, from senior executive departures and team moves to discrimination claims and boardroom disputes.

Much of the work the firm undertakes is of a sensitive nature and involves large companies/partnerships or individuals at a senior (often Board) level, with a desire on both sides for a quick and discreet resolution. The firm does a significant amount of work with partners in the professional services and financial services sectors, including hedge funds, private equity and law firms.

There is a collaborative approach to the work and the firm is very much looking for astute, commercially-minded team players.

Whilst a solid background in employment law is a must, it is not essential that you have partnership law experience. You may currently be working for a City firm or be looking to relocate to London from the regional office of a large commercial firm where you have a focus on Respondent work.

You will be slotting into a good team structure and will be working with lawyers who are leaders in their field.
