This is a rare opportunity for a driven solicitor or chartered legal executive with experience in personal injury matters to join a bespoke firm in Slough. Acting for claimants as part of the fast-track team, the successful candidate will ensure client care excellence at all times.

Responsibilities
• Gathering evidence and managing cases
• Accidents at work
• Road traffic accidents
• Public liability
• Employers liability
• Preparing schedules of loss
• Drafting letters of claims
• Instructing counsel and experts

The Candidate
• Newly qualified solicitors up to 3 years’ PQE
• Chartered legal executive may be considered
• Solid experience in personal injury and litigation matters gained within a reputable firm
• Ability to show empathy with trade union clients
• Expertise in EL/PL is essential
