Residential Conveyancer

A multi-branch, multi-disciplinary, consumer led high street law firm with over 25 office locations and 500+ employees across London and the South, are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer for their new office in Worthing.

Due to recent growth and expansion along the South Coast, my client is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to manage their own caseload and deal with a wide variety of property transactions, including;

• Sales
• Purchase
• Freehold
• Leasehold
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Right to buy
• Help to buy
• New homes

Alongside managing a caseload of the above files, you will be responsible for the continued growth of the Residential Property department, by being involved in marketing and business development.
