Costs Negotiator
Salary: Up to £30k
Location: Bolton
If you are a Costs Negotiator with the costs skills to pay the bills and you are you keen to secure your dream Costs role in a vibrant Bolton location then look no further…
You will be joining a National Law Practice as a Costs Negotiator, working within their costs offices based in Bolton.
You will be required to analyse and prepare Costs Court forms, negotiate budgets, negotiate costs and to pursue the settlement of costs as soon as practicably possible.
Requirements:
- Experience of dealing with hourly rate files and preparing Points of Dispute and considering replies.
- Good negotiation skills
- Experience of handling your own caseload.
- Understand Detailed Assessment process, Cost Case Laws and Insurance Litigation practice & process.
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to act as part of a team.
- Proficient IT skills
