Defendant RTA Fee Earner
Salary - up to £35k
Location - Bolton
Have you got RTA Fast Track Litigation experience either Claimant or Defendant?
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of Bolton's most prestigious law firms to join their expert Defendant legal team as a Defendant RTA Fee Earner.
To excel in this role you will have excellent Litigation skills and communication skills.
The basic salary is up to £35k depending on experience.
Experience:
- Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Experience of handling and managing an RTA litigated caseload
- Experience of handling or assisting with multi-track cases
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Ability to follow work processes and keep to Strategy
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good IT skills including Word, Outlook, and experience of a Case Management System preferred
