Personal Injury Technical Litigation Manager
Salary: up to £45,000
Location: Central Bolton
A superb Personal Injury Technical Litigation Manager role has just come to market at a leading Defendant law firm in a vibrant central Bolton location.
You will have a strong track record in Personal Injury - ideally RTA but other practice areas considered. You will be joining an award winning legal team with significant potential for career progression.
The legal firm in question is innovative and forward-thinking with a focus on high quality work.
You will be reporting to the Unit Director and have responsibility for leading all aspects of technical performance of your team, providing effective training, development and support to the team in order to drive them forward.
Experience:
- Sound knowledge of Fast Track Personal Injury claims
- Knowledge and experience of the MOJ claims handling process
- Management experience in a Personal Injury claims handling environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of building successful client relationships
- Pre-litigation insurance claims handling experience
- Ability to plan, prioritise and focus on achieving targets and objectives
- Positive, confident and enthusiastic
- Outstanding client care skills
- Ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
- Driven to achieve
