G2 Legal are delighted to be working on a fantastic opportunity with a well-established and highly renowned firm based in their Glasgow office. Due to organic growth and continued success, they are now looking for a skilled residential conveyancing solicitor, with hands on experience of managing a wide range of property matters, to join their innovative, inclusive and fast paced team on a permanent, full-time basis.
On a daily basis your role will include, managing your own caseload (high volume), dealing with all sale and purchase transactions, transfers of title, new build purchases, private client remortgage work, finalising missives, liaising with clients/various stakeholders, preparing and finalising documents and delivering a first-class customer service, in addition to supervising cash-room functions.
Ideally, you will have a strong background in the legal aspects of residential property transactions. You will also be client focused, be a confident communicator and have a desire to be challenged and to challenge the norm.
