A fantastic opportunity has arisen at one of Cheshire's most prestigious law firms to join their expert legal team in Wilmslow as a Personal Injury / RTA Litigator.

To excel in this Personal Injury / RTA Litigator role you will have excellent Litigation skills and communication skills as you will be liaising with clients who may have suffered personal injuries as a result of a third party's negligence.

The basic salary is up to £37k depending on experience with a very achievable and lucrative bonus scheme worth up to £25k which could take your earnings to the next level at £62k!

The Role:

• Thorough investigation and risk assessment of new claims
• Conduct of RTA portal drop out cases
• Risk assessing cases for litigation
• Investigation liability an assessing quantum of claim
• Drafting and issuing of legal proceedings
• Conduct of litigation to fast track trial
• Negotiation
