An exciting opportunity has surfaced for a Corporate Tax Lawyer to join an international firm at their London office. This role is offered on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Role
The Corporate Tax Lawyer will be joining a team who work on cross border mandates for exciting City-based and international clients in sectors ranging from media and communications, gaming, renewable energy, tech, infrastructure, real estate and life sciences.
Working with colleagues across their network of international offices you will be giving cross-border and UK tax advice to clients, dealing with matters including:
- Tax advisory directives
- Transaction advice
- Transactional planning
- Structuring
- Financing
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Corporate Tax Solicitor will have:
- 1+ years’ PQE
- A strong academic record
- Strong Corporate Tax experience
- The desire to join a thriving international team
