A leading US firm is looking for a high calibre Structured Finance Associate to join their growing team in London on a permanent basis.

This US firm has been growing considerably in the London market over recent years and prides itself on having a smaller team feel, with an enjoyable working culture.

Role Description

In this Structured Finance Lawyer position, you will hit the ground running and take on a role as lead Associate on structured transactions, including:

• Securitisation
• CLOs
• CMBS
• Covered bonds
• Capital market transactions

The Partners are actively involved in training and furthering Associates in the team and they will offer day to day support. As such, this role will suit someone who enjoys a high level of client contact and a high level of responsibility.

About You

The firm is looking for a Structured Finance Associate who can demonstrate:

• 3-7 years’ PQE as a Structured Finance Solicitor
• A strong academic record
• Strong Structured Finance experience
• Experience obtained within a leading US, UK or International firm
• The confidence to partake in business development

For this Structured Finance Solicitor role, the firm is offering:

• £130,000 - £170,000 per annum
