The Role

Because this firm are growing, they are looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their well respected, flourishing Property Litigation department in their high tech Brighton office, East Sussex.

The Property Litigation team deal with a range of interesting and varied contentious work across Property Law including: general property disputes, commercial possession, relief from forfeiture, bailiffs, service charge disputes, breach of covenants, sales and ownership disputes, landlord and tenant and dilapidation disputes.

As part of the Property Litigation team, you will assist some of the best specialist Solicitors and Partners in the area, as well taking on interesting cases yourself, across Property Law Litigation.
