A truly unique opportunity to join a market leading, specialist Residential Conveyancing firm as a Senior Conveyancer. A role unlike any other, this position is based on site at the office of an estate agent.

Situated in modern, accessible offices with excellent public transport and locally available parking, this opportunity would suit someone local to Rayleigh

The successful applicant will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, with a history of handling a caseload of over 80 files of sale and purchase transactions in freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity transactions.

Working alongside referrers of work enables a smooth and transparent transaction where both the Conveyancer and Estate Agent work collaboratively to offer the very best service.

This firm are able to offer a fantastic support structure of administrative and technical specialists to assist the Conveyancer in managing their caseload. You will be provided with industry leading training which commences with 2 weeks office-based onboarding, followed by regular reviews with the Conveyancing Manager.
