Our client is a leading law firm who are seeking a project finance lawyer to join their office in Athens, Greece. The team have a broad range of experience in the financial sector and are known for their reputation with institutionalised lenders and private funders. The firm are also known on legal 500 for their experience within multiple sectors and have partners that are reputable in the ‘leading individuals ‘ area.
The team are seeking a project finance lawyer with 2+ years’ experience. You will be advising clients specifically around the energy sector on a range of areas such as; Business Restructuring, Insolvency, Transactional Finance, Funds, Payments, Equity Finance, Corporate Finance/Acquisition Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency, Derivatives, Structured Finance and Mezzanine Finance. Experience within M&A transactions will be a bonus but is not required for this opportunity. Fluency in Greek and English.
