My client is a Global investment bank looking to hire a structured products paralegal for a minimum 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will act as junior support to help automate their securities documents. The business are currently building out their automation of structured products through a dedicated project which will be led in London by a member of their senior legal team, who has extensive structured products knowledge.
The ideal candidate must have Structured product knowledge – specifically, familiarity with payouts and offering documents. Ideally they should also haves done note/bond issuance work and knows their way around a bond document, as well as who has worked in-house at a bank and has experience of debt issuance/issuing notes off a programme. Someone with an understanding or familiarity with document automation would also be preferred.
