This is a new instruction (August 2020) for a Conveyancer to join a growing legal firm based in York. The successful candidate will have the option of home working.
Client Details
The client is an established law firm with offices across North and East Yorkshire. They have a dedicated Property team that has part of the team focusing on high value residential property transactions particularly leasehold and new build work which is where this role is based
Description
The Conveyancer / Solicitor will work closely with the team leader and pick up your own caseload of new build and leasehold files. You will have responsibility for a busy caseload and look into title reports and drafting replies to enquiries and dealing with matters though to exchange of contract. You will have paralegal support in this role.
Profile
You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer who can work in York. You will have a background in residential property and leasehold work. You will be able to pick up and run your own caseload of leasehold files.
