Associate, Finance (3-7 PQE) - 15918/TTL

This world-renowned offshore law firm is looking for a Finance Associate to support its expanding finance team in Hong Kong. You will work with a market-leading team covering a diverse spectrum of BVI, Cayman Islands, and Bermuda finance law-related issues. Ideally, you are English qualified with 3-7 years’ PQE in general banking, structured finance and/or debt capital markets with a leading onshore or offshore firm. A good team player with excellent academics and strong knowledge of financing and security documentation, structures, and related law is preferred. Fluent written and oral English is a must and Chinese language skills are highly desirable. REF: 15918/TTL
