Employment Lawyer

Our client is a top 40 UK law firm, employment law is a key focus and they are experts in private and public sector employment law. This a super opportunity for a qualified employment solicitor with a minimum of 6 month's PQE to join their Birmingham office.

The firm has an established employment practice in the Birmingham office which forms part of their wider national department. In order to ensure they are fully able to resource the growing number of work opportunities arising they are seeking to appoint a solicitor to be based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for a recently qualified employment solicitor to support on a range of employment law work varying in scale and complexity.

Principal responsibilities will focus on drafting employment contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures and assisting with and running claims in the ET. You will also be required to participate in marketing activities such as writing articles, preparation and presenting at seminars and client events, networking and public speaking.
