Are you a restructuring & insolvency solicitor, associate or senior associate within ranked firm and considering a new role within central London?
My client, one of the UK's leading law firms and recognised as such, both home and abroad, seeks to recruit an exceptional solicitor, with ambition, to add to their restructuring group.
You will take on an international caseload acting for all the major banks, lenders, accountants, debtors, government entities, trustees, shareholders, directors, and distressed debt and asset buyers and investors.
Additionally, you will manage formal corporate and personal insolvency cases and, recognising the general market shift away from formal insolvency processes to more innovative restructuring solutions, work closely alongside other lawyers within the firm's Banking, Litigation and Corporate teams.
This is an ideal scenario for the astute commercial litigator to make a move away from standard insolvency scenarios and become one of the people at the forefront of the restructuring world.
